first of all I've known Wayne (installer) for 12 yrs as a customer - who always made me smile, laugh and have a better day. When I decided to replace my windows/doors there was no other company I would trust thanks to Wayne. Glen (my sales person) promptly came out to measure and advise on products - he made sure to show me all the safety measures on the windows and helped advise me on the doors. His very helpful information such as screen placement on the doors was greatly appreciated since I do have pets and don't want the screens damaged. I then chose the type of doors I wanted and went to the showroom so Glen could show me the hardware/locks/doors I chose and all safety features. The time he spent with me was truly appreciated so I understood exactly what I was getting with my products. Then, the big day came and I was excited to see my friend Wayne show up! He quickly let me know what was going to happen and introduced me to Johan and they got straight to work. These 2 men Wayne & Johan work efficiently, professionaly and clean everything!!!! Wayne and Johan are truly amazing! Of course, Wayne still made me smile and laugh and it was nice to get to know Johan as well. Glen stopped by every day to make sure everything was perfect - but I knew it would be since I had my friend Wayne there. Wayne, Johan and Glen truly went above and beyond - not just a job for them but a true passion to take care of me (the customer) and I know Wayne does the same for all his customers. Wow, just amazing! HIGHLY recommended. The service and attention to detail by this company is outstanding. We had our 35 year old original front double doors replaced and the new doors look beautiful. The product quality is top notch.
Buts it's the service and installation services that set these guys apart from the rest. Mark was our sales guy and was on site at least 5 times, including twice on the day of install to ensure everything went perfectly. He really was great in helping suggest and design a new door trim header that would better match our new door.
Installers Trevor and Carson were experienced friendly professionals, were careful and clean, and went way beyond the call of duty, taking great pride in their work. They even helped me rewire my security alarm for the door entry and provided and installed the part and wire that I didn't even know I needed. (That saved me a service call expense from the security company). They brought a new door bell with them in case we needed one to match the new door better. They called one of their team members to come and re-key our new door hardware to match our existing keys (another service charge avoided from a locksmith).
They custom made a new aluminum exterior header for my door on site, since my old siding trim wouldn't match the new door. The door trim on the interior came painted the same colour as the door, and they were able to carefully remove the old door trim and install the new, and I don't need to do any trim painting at all, not even touch ups to my existing trim that butts up against it. They even take off the window stickers and gummy residue before they leave.
Lastly, they accommodated our request for a different interior and exterior colours of the doors to match our decor.
Where else can you find service like this anymore? Thank you to the entire Advanced team! It's not often that your expectations get greatly exceeded by a business.
